This girl is so sweet and fun but she can be quite mischievous. She is a terror in the bathroom and LOVES makeup! This is what I walked in on one day. Pay no attention to the scissors and the allergy meds at the bottom...

Easter 2011
The girls look forward to dying Easter eggs all year. They really have fun and get into making eggs multi-colored and doing odd combos.
Check out all our loot from the Easter Bunny.
We had an easter egg hunt in our neighborhood that was really fun and complete with a visit from the Easter Bunny himself. They separated the kids into age groups so all the kids had a shot at getting eggs. Molly was the oldest in her group as well as Megan, while Kylie was one of the youngest. But they all got lots of eggs and had fun with many friends who were there as well.
On Easter Sunday we spent the afternoon with Matt's family. Their neighbors had a little bunny they passed over the fence and we got to play with it a little bit. It was so soft and fluffy and super cute.
Backyard Camping
We have been wanting to go camping as a family but the weekends never seem to work out for us. The girls were especially excited when we told them about sleeping in the tent so we set up the tent in the backyard and let them sleep outside. We set the tent up as the sun was going down and the girls played outside in it all evening. They ate snacks, told ghost stories and stayed up til they couldn't keep their eyes open anymore!

Fiesta Kinder Float Parade
During the week of fiesta the kinder classes had a float parade. Megan decided to make her float a castle. We went to the school to watch the kids as they walked by pulling or carrying their floats. There were so many creative ideas!
After the parade Matt stayed at the school to help at Kylie's class party. I wanted to leave him the van so the girls and I walked home. We passed the park and had to stop for a minute to play. The girls sure enjoyed themselves!
I am not sure what she is yelling at but something was bugging her!
Molly insisted on pushing the stroller all the way home. She did a pretty good job and felt rather important!
A Bit of Ballet
Kylie and Megan were in a dance class for a few months at the home of a friend. The girls enjoyed the relaxed nature of the class and that all their friends were in it too! They learned ballet positions, rythym, music theory, instrument recognition and they can name classical music peices by name and composer! My favorite part of their little recital was the warm up. The teacher held up a sign with a pose on it and the girls had to make the same pose with their bodies. It was rather silly and super cute.

Dad's Birthday
Each year the girls get just as excited for Matt's birthday as they do for their own. They love choosing and wrapping the gifts and helping with the cake. We certainly do love dad. We are lucky to have him around.
Yep, he's 31 this year. Molly added the random m&m...but we left it.
We gave Noelle a little practice with the cake since her first birthday is rapidly approaching. She handled it very well and thought it was pretty tasty!
She was, however, extremely messy and we opted to bathe her in the kitchen sink instead of leaving a trail of cake up the stairs.
Silly, silly girls!
At our house, everyone loves drumsticks for dinner. Matt makes them sooo yummy and the girls just love them. They are a bit messy though. Now, Kylie was very reluctant to let me take this picture making me promise not to show anyone...so don't tell. :)
Miss Megan lost her first tooth and was so very excited for her first visit from the tooth fairy.
Think she has enough forks...
Noelle is eating all kinds of food now, including popscicles...which she very much enjoys.
We hosted a baby shower at my house and the kids were playing outside. Molly and Annabelle were playing doctor and it was rather cute. :)
